Olukoni Educational Consultants is recruiting a Vice Principal for a school delivering international curricula in Ilorin, Kwara State. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced educator ready to drive academic excellence and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, implementation, and review of international curriculum
• Oversee internal and external examinations IGCSE & WASSCE
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic staff
• Design and execute high-impact Continuous Professional Development CPD programmes

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field highly preferred
• Valid teaching qualification, credential, or professional certification e.g., PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed, TRCN
• 5–10 years of educational experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role e.g., Vice Principal, Head of Department, Coordinator
• Proven track record within international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, or equivalent frameworks
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
